The use of certified environmental assessment methods as a tool for measuring the sustainability of projects is becoming increasingly popular.
The Gifford building sciences team is experienced in guiding clients through the process of gaining accreditation and providing knowledge and advice throughout the certification process. We also manage projects through formal accreditation using either in-house staff or external agencies as appropriate.
Our experience embraces the various categories of the BREEAM method as well as methods specific to defence and health buildings. We are licensed assessors for schools.
