Gifford work with agencies to deliver efficient highways infrastructure, enabling people and businesses to move and connect freely.
From strategic advice and development of major motorway schemes to minor improvements, Gifford has the expertise to carry out all aspects of highways planning, design and supervision. We work in partnership with our clients to develop solutions for technically challenging and complex projects, sharing our knowledge and expertise.
Working with the Highways Agency, Transport Wales and Local Authorities we play a major part in improving the road network in the UK and in Ireland with the National Roads Authority. We continue to apply innovative thinking and work to develop practical applications of Highways Agency policy such as incorporating elements of Making Better Use.
Our sharing excellence approach makes us well placed to develop teams dedicated to delivering projects in collaboration with other teams. These may be co-located or staffed as part of a framework project.
As well as working with agencies we bring commercial expertise to our work with contracting clients through DBFO SPV’s and developers with projects in the UK and Europe, South East Asia, Australasia and South America.
