High quality formal and on-job training is provided; starting with an induction programme relevant to the part of the business you join. We offer structured training schemes for apprentices, technicians and graduates.
All employees are encouraged to be proactive in their own development and to achieve professional status in their chosen discipline. Where appropriate, we will support you through this process. This includes assistance for funding of course material and reimbursement of annual membership subscription.
Our performance review process is at the heart of our approach to career development. Relevant training courses and other tools for personal development are made available to all our employees.
