CDM Co-ordinator Services
Quality of service and Health and Safety are critical to the success of any project. Gifford administer the Construction (Design and Management) 2007 Regulations (CDM) on a wide range of projects and work to Association for Project Safety standards.
Liaising with all members of the design team, we ensure that every aspect of Health and Safety is properly considered and co-ordinated, paying particular attention to areas where the work of different designers overlaps.
We provide expert advice to clients. We prepare outline Health and Safety Plans, notifying the relevant Health and Safety Executive and reviewing designers’ and contractors’ risk assessments and method statements as well as construction Health and Safety Plans and files produced by principal contractors.
We also draw on experience, knowledge and skills from specialists across Gifford to ensure successful delivery irrespective of the size and complexity of the project.
