Laser Aided Modelling (LAM)® is a phrase conceived by Gifford experts to describe our pioneering process for integrating the application of laser scanning survey technology with Building Information Modelling (BIM).

Now BIM can be more easily applied to existing buildings, structures and the landscape, while the possibilities it brings to building reuse are also enormous.
